About Me

I was born and raised in Southwest Wyoming and have spent my life around hard-working people and hands-on industries. That background shapes how I approach my work — practical, straightforward, and focused on results that actually matter day to day.

I earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, and have spent several years working as a Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer in industrial environments. Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how small process issues, unclear standards, and inefficient workflows quietly cost businesses time, money, and energy.

I started Ivie League Solutions to help small businesses improve how work gets done without adding unnecessary complexity. My approach is hands-on and realistic — observing operations, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements that teams can actually maintain.

Outside of work, I’m actively involved in my community as a high school football and basketball coach. Coaching reinforces the same principles that guide my professional work: preparation, discipline, consistency, and continuous improvement.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple — to help local businesses run smoother, reduce frustration, and build systems that support long-term success.
